NORTH GREENBUSH -- The news first hit social networking Web sites at the beginning of winter break in February: Teens were partying at a vacant home in the Pond Hill development, in which house values approach $1 million.

"It's unbelievable how fast and far the information about this spread online," said Capt. Robert Durivage of the North Greenbush police.

Now, police said, more than 80 teens will face charges of trespassing and causing $200,000 worth of damage to the house at 32 Indian Pipe Drive during a Feb. 17 party.
