Childbirth is something you don't forget, trust that. Janet Jackson is
adamant that she doesn't have a daughter, despite what her former
brother-in-law Young DeBarge is telling anyone who'll listen.

DeBarge, the brother of Ms. Jackson's first husband James DeBarge, is
claiming that the two have an 18-year-old daughter Renee that has been kept
secret and raised by Janet's oldest sister Rebbie. Janet denies the
allegations, while others say DeBarge, 28, is only trying to gain attention
for his new album.

Janet has also made headlines in recent days, captured by peeping toms ...
er... photographers as she sunbathed in the nude. The pictures have since
been plastered all over the Internet.

Michael Jackson returned several antiques to settle a lawsuit with a
gallery that accused him of not paying part of a nearly $380,000 bill,
attorneys said.

Kamad Enterprise, which owns Mayfair Gallery, claimed Jackson still owed
$128,875 toward $378,875 worth of merchandise he purchased in May,
according to Saul Reiss, an attorney for the company.

Jackson agreed to return items that included a Chinese chest, a mirror,
clocks and a barometer, from that sale and a past sale, Reiss said.

Jackson's attorney, Brent Ayscough, confirmed the settlement and said
Jackson did not pay the company any money to settle the case. He said he
did not know the exact dollar value of the returned items but that it was
"in the neighborhood" of the disputed amount.

Cam'ron is also suing fellow music maker R. Kelly. The rapper claims that
Kelly has infringed his copyright for the remix of the song "Snake," which
the hip-hop superstar reportedly co-wrote.

The original version of the song, first appeared on R. Kelly's smash hit
album "Chocolate Factory," which features the singer and "Big Tigga" while
the remix features the pair plus Cam'ron.

Kelly is having more than his share of legal issues these days. He's due in
court to determine whether rape charges will be pursued and his wife Andrea
has filed for and been granted an order of protection against him.

Nelly and Kelly Rowland of Destiny's Child are two of the stars paying
tribute to Patti LaBelle next month in an all-star salute to the singer.

"An All-Star Salute to Patti LaBelle: Live From Atlantis" will honor
LaBelle's 45 years as a recording artist. She recently celebrated her 60th
birthday. Eve is hosting the show, which will be taped in the Bahamas.
Nelly, Kelly Rowland, Mario, Ashanti, Big Boi from OutKast, Boyz II Men and
Gerald Levert are among the scheduled performers.

"An All-Star Salute to Patti LaBelle: Live From Atlantis" airs November 8
at 9:00 p.m. on UPN.

The death of Rosa Parks, an icon of the civil-rights movement, has forced
some last-minute changes to Cartoon Network's Adult Swim series "The
Boondocks."

Parks, who died on October 24 at age 92, was the subject of a few jokes in
an episode of "The Boondocks," which is based on Aaron McGruder's
controversial comic strip. McGruder says the references will be taken out.

That they were even there in the first place is probably a pretty good
indication that the show, which premieres Sunday, November 6 in the Adult
Swim late-night block, will follow the comic strip's tradition of not being
afraid to offend.

After years of rapping about the mean streets, the thug life came knocking
on New York-based rapper Cam'ron's door last week -- the door to his royal
blue 2006 Lamborghini.

He was out for a night on the town in Washington, D.C., driving from one
club to another, when a group of men pulled up to him at a stoplight about
2:00 a.m. and demanded his car. The rapper refused and was shot.

Reportedly the bullet went in one arm and through the other. Cam'ron drove
himself to the hospital. In keeping with the "this don't phase me" image so
many rappers like to keep up, the rapper reportedly asked a nurse for her
phone number.

He spent 12 hours at Howard University Hospital before flying back to New
York. Cam'ron's album Killa Season is due for a February 2006 release.
